Christmas Bells
Have you ever stopped yourself from buying themed stencils because you felt they were to expensive to use for only one occasion e.g christmas? Well I do, and so when I saw the beautiful new Angel series from Marianne Design, I already had new ideas running around my head and so I experimented. :)
For the card I am sharing with you, I used the Marianne Design Craftables Angel CR1231, Joy! Crafts Border stencil 6002/0149, and a Stitching pattern of mine that was released in my Hobbydols book Nr. 7.
You can win this precut set in a Challenge on this Blog soon. Don't forget to come back and check :)
Greetings Ann

My new Christmas Cards
With so many beautiful 3D sheets and Stencils out on sale at the moment, it wasn't hard creating these new Christmas Stitching patterns.
I love Wekabo's new purple themed images, as much as I love Marieke's Design new rusty colours, but even the traditionally coloured images by Yvonne Design were a pleasure to work with.
From all the awesome Christmas stencils available at the moment, I finally decided to combine my Angel pattern with a Stencil from Joy! Crafts designed by Erica Fortgens.
These patterns can all be purchased via Ann's Paper Art Webshop

New August Patterns
I have to admit that with the heatwave that hit europe all of august, I really wasn't in the christmas mood at all, BUT I still managed to get some new Christmas patterns and cards made :)
I didn't make them all typical *christmassy* ones as I prefer patterns that can be used all year round. Add a few christmas stickers, combine with Christmas decoupage and there you have a christmas card :)
All these patterns can be purchased Ann's Paper Art Webshop.
These christmas bells are my favorite and most challenging project this month. The illustration was made by Dejan, a Serbian painter and illustrator. There is more to come from us :) I also had a play with some Stencils. The die that I used on card a663 and this bell card is Nellie's Multiframes MFD028. The flowers on card a664 and the bells I made with her new Shape Dies - Christmas Flowers SD004. They are sooooooo tiny, but gorgeous and nice to work with.
Thank you for stopping by and for your comments :)

I can't think of anything witty to write first, so I will let my cards speak for themselves :)
